01What does DriveSight do today?
Android instructor and administrator apps record lessons, reconcile mileage, review exceptions and export school reports.
02Will it work when mobile data drops?
Route points are stored locally and uploaded when connectivity returns. GPS permissions and location services must remain enabled.
03Does DriveSight track instructors all day?
No. High-frequency GPS recording is tied to active lessons. Workday readings help explain the remaining mileage.
04What happens when mileage does not match?
Odometer changes are compared with GPS and authorised non-lesson mileage. Differences prompt a review, not an accusation.
05How is each school's information separated?
The signed-in account determines the school workspace. Server-side permissions scope records, reports and role access to that school.
06Can lesson evidence be changed?
Route points and audit events are append-only. Authorised corrections require a reason and leave an audit trail.
07How much will it cost?
Plans are scoped around active instructor and vehicle capacity. Pricing, onboarding and support are confirmed in your quote.
08Can I export my school's data?
Authorised administrators can generate CSV reports covering lessons, instructors, vehicles, mileage and exceptions.
09What happens in a demo?
We record a sample lesson, inspect its route and review mileage. Then we discuss devices, rollout and your school’s requirements.
